At Zeenat Dental Health & Wellness, we are committed to providing high-quality dental care and ensuring patient satisfaction. However, due to the nature of dental services, we have a strict no refund policy for all services rendered.
1. No Refunds for Services Completed
Once a dental service has been provided, whether it is a routine check-up, dental procedure, or treatment, we do not offer refunds. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Dental consultations
- Cleanings and preventative care
- Restorative treatments (e.g., fillings, etc)
- Cosmetic procedures (e.g., whitening, etc)
- Surgical treatments (e.g., extractions, etc)
All services are carried out by experienced professionals, and treatment plans are thoroughly discussed with patients before commencement. We encourage patients to ask any questions prior to starting treatment to ensure they fully understand the procedures and associated costs.
2. In Case of Dissatisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with a service or believe there has been an error in treatment, we encourage you to speak with our team immediately. While refunds are not provided, we will make every effort to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction through adjustments, follow-up care, or corrective treatments, where appropriate.
1. Cancellation Notice
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other patients who may need urgent care.
2. Rescheduling Appointments
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we encourage you to contact us as early as possible, ideally more than 24 hours before your scheduled time. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.
5. Emergencies and Special Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or miss your appointment due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will handle the situation on a case-by-case basis.
